Establishing a need.
Time and time again patients have come to us expressing frustration with the healthcare they are receiving. Insurance limitations, resource availability and subject knowledge have become primary limitations to receiving expert care. This is an evolving issue, and one that does not seem to have a remedy in sight. It is out of these restrictions and limitations that our healthcare clinic was born. Virtus is more than just a name, it is rekindling your vitality through excellence, courage, character, and worth. Ancient Rome bestowed this virtue on its populous to reflect these values. It is with these values that we bring forth our mission to help men and women achieve and exceed their goals. Our providers have over 35+ years of combined healthcare experience and many years in specialty training to ensure you get the best, most cutting edge care.
Meet the team.

Joshua Dull, CRNP
Medical Director
Men's Health Lead Provider
Meet Joshua, our Medical Director and Owner. Joshua has worked in healthcare for over 20 years and started his career back in the early 2000's. He has worked in Urology since 2018, providing both inpatient /outpatient care to men, women and children in the area (Chambersburg Hospital). He excelled in this role, with much thanks to having a wonderful urological provider team to guide and support him. Feeling unfulfilled with big healthcare, he formed Virtus Health in 2023 with the intent of providing a more personal and individualized approach to a sensitive topic areas. He is a 2018 graduate of Penn State University with a Master of Science in Nursing and also attended Drexel University and Mount Aloysius College for his undergraduate.

Dana Hull, CRNP
Lead Women's Health Provider
Dana Hull earned her undergraduate nursing degree from Penn State University and worked in the ICU before pursuing her master’s in the science of nursing at the University of Maryland, where she became a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has also completed specialized training in hormone health and wellness through The Academy for Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) and is a certified Functional Nutrition Counselor, understanding the vital connection between nutrition and overall health.

Certified since 2006, Dana has worked in women’s health since 2007. Throughout her career, she recognized the need for a more personalized approach to hormonal health. She has helped hundreds of women frustrated with common hormonal symptoms—mood swings, weight gain, sleep issues, anxiety, hair and skin changes, brain fog, and fatigue—who weren’t finding solutions elsewhere. Inspired to help on a deeper level, Dana developed expertise in bioidentical hormones to address these challenges.
As a woman over 40, Dana understands firsthand the hormonal changes that begin around age 35. She is passionate about helping women navigate these "hormonal rollercoaster" years and achieve lasting, optimal health. She believes true, sustainable results come from a holistic approach rather than a quick-fix solution.

Dana has been happily married since 2007 and is a proud mom of two teenage boys. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, photography, exercising, and being outdoors—especially at the beach!

Ashley has worked in healthcare since her senior year of high school and post graduation completed her Certified Nursing Assistant certification. In 2019, she completed her nursing training in practical nursing at the Franklin County Career & Technology Center. Since 2019, she has been providing nursing care in various settings, with the majority in a Urological background. She is incredibly motivated, passionate, hard working, and is the backbone to our operation.
On the personal side, Ashley has 5 children ranging from 8 to 16 which take up a good portion of her time. She also enjoys reading, crocheting, and baking. You may even be lucky enough to be able to sample some goodies at a clinic visit!
