Meet Josh
Joshua Dull, CRNP
Medical Director/Owner
Men’s Health Lead Provider
Meet Joshua, our Medical Director and Owner. Joshua has worked in healthcare for over 20 years and started his career back in the early 2000’s. He has worked in Urology since 2018, providing both inpatient /outpatient care to men, women and children in the surrounding area. He excelled in this role, with much thanks to having a wonderful urological provider team to guide and support him. Feeling unfulfilled with big healthcare, he formed Virtus Health in 2023 with the intent of providing a more personal and individualized approach to healthcare. He is a 2018 graduate of Penn State University with a Master of Science in Nursing and also attended Drexel University and Mount Aloysius College for his undergraduate.
Josh has also dedicated his time to pushing advocacy for the hormone space both for men and women and you can find him co-hosting the TRT Dad Unscripted podcast, currently one of the top TRT related podcasts in the world.
In his free time, Josh enjoys the outdoors, travelling, going to the gym, playing ice hockey, and spending time with his family/friends.
Meet Dana
Dana Hull, CRNP
Women’s Health Lead Provider and Specialist
Dana Hull earned her undergraduate nursing degree from Penn State University and worked in the ICU before pursuing her master’s in the science of nursing at the University of Maryland, where she became a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has also completed specialized training in hormone health and wellness through The Academy for Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) and is a certified Functional Nutrition Counselor, understanding the vital connection between nutrition and overall health.
Certified since 2006, Dana has worked in women’s health since 2007. Throughout her career, she recognized the need for a more personalized approach to hormonal health. She has helped hundreds of women frustrated with common hormonal symptoms—mood swings, weight gain, sleep issues, anxiety, hair and skin changes, brain fog, and fatigue—who weren’t finding solutions elsewhere. Inspired to help on a deeper level, Dana developed expertise in bioidentical hormones to address these challenges.
As a woman over 40, Dana understands firsthand the hormonal changes that begin around age 35. She is passionate about helping women navigate these “hormonal rollercoaster” years and achieve lasting, optimal health. She believes true, sustainable results come from a holistic approach rather than a quick-fix solution.
Dana has been happily married since 2007 and is a proud mom of two teenage boys. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, photography, exercising, and being outdoors— especially at the beach!

FAQ
Freqently asked questions
Do you take insurance?
We do not take insurance in any form. This allows us the freedom to provide better care, better service, and offer top notch products to our patients. We accept cash, credit, and HSA/FSA plans. We do recommend you speak to your HSA/FSA servicer before use to ensure no delays in care.
Can my spouse/significant other come to my visit?
Yes! We advocate for bringing your better half to the appointment. Many men appreciate the education provided for both them and their partners as this leads to better understanding of the issue at hand.
Will you service more states in the future?
We do plan on adding more states to our telehealth offerings. More states will be added overtime. Please check back or send us a message to see if we are planning on coming to your state.
Do I need bloodwork before my visit?
Some visits may not require any bloodwork, while other visits will. Your provider will let you know what is required. We utilize our own lab service and have the option to draw labs in house for your convenience.
What states do you service for telehealth?
Currently we service anyone in MD, PA, VA, WV, FL, NV and DE. We are looking to add more states as we progress.
